For over ten years prior to launching Osterweis Capital Management, Mr. Osterweis managed private equity portfolios while working as an analyst at several brokerage firms. He also served as Director of Research at two of these firms. Mr. Osterweis currently serves as Chairman of the San Francisco Ballet Association, Director of the San Francisco Free Clinic and the Lucas Cultural Arts Museum, President Emeritus of the San Francisco Ballet Endowment Foundation, as well as Trustee Emeritus of Summer Search Foundation and of Bowdoin College. Mr. Osterweis graduated from Bowdoin College (Cum Laude) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (Top Honors in Finance).

Tiểu sử	Larry Cordisco graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A. in Political Science), Georgetown University (M.P.P.) and Columbia Business School (M.B.A.). Before joining Osterweis in 2019, he was a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Meridian Contrarian Fund at Arrowmark Partners/Meridian Funds. Prior to co-managing the Contrarian Fund, Larry was an equity analyst for 11 years, most recently as Vice President of Investment Research for the Meridian Contrarian Fund. Before that he was an analyst within the technology group at Banc of America Securities. He was also a business and technology consultant for Accenture in San Francisco and began his professional career in the public sector as a District Aide for Congressman George Miller. Mr. Cordisco is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the core equity strategy and portfolio manager for the flexible balanced strategy.

From 1997 to 2000, he worked on projects in a variety of industries ranging from consumer products to pharmaceuticals. Mr. Kovriga currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summer Search Foundation, Temple Emanu-El and the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival. Mr. Kovriga graduated from Brandeis University (B.A. in Philosophy and History, summa cum laude), University of Massachusetts, Amherst (M.A.) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.) and is a principal of Osterweis Capital Management.
Matthew Kip Berler	President	2006	2016
Tiểu sử	Prior to joining Osterweis Capital Management in early 2003, Mr. Berler was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in the Equity Research Division. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Mr. Berler currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee for the San Francisco Jewish Community Federation Endowment, Chairman of the Investment Committee and Trustee of the Contemporary Jewish Museum, Trustee of the Shalom Hartman Institute and is a member of the California Advisory Board for the Trust for Public Lands. Mr. Berler graduated from Cornell University and Harvard Business School. He is a principal of Osterweis Capital Management, a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.
Zachary W. Perry	Vice President	2010	2014
Tiểu sử	Mr. Perry graduated from Princeton University (B.A. in Psychology, 1995) and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A., 2007). Mr. Perry has been designated as a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco. Prior to joining Osterweis Capital Management in 2008, Mr. Perry was a Vice President and Equity Portfolio Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments where he managed a small cap portfolio and conducted equity research as a small cap generalist. Throughout his tenure at Franklin, Mr. Perry covered several industries including Technology, Communications and Industrial & Lab Instrumentation. He began his career at Franklin in 1995 and took on progressive levels of responsibility until becoming a Vice President. Mr. Perry is a Senior Analyst for the equity strategy.

In addition to his research duties, Mr. Moore managed money in nine of the firm’s mutual funds, was Lead Counselor for the Research Portfolio in American Mutual, and was one of three Proxy Coordinators for the firm. Mr. Moore was selected by Reuters as Best of the Buy-Side in 1998.
Michael R. Hughes	vice president and Portfolio Manager	2006	2008
Tiểu sử	Prior to joining Osterweis in 2005, Mr. Hughes was a First Vice-President at Merrill Lynch in the Equity Research Division, serving as the senior analyst for the Specialty Financial Services and Mortgage Finance areas. Mr. Hughes graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and did graduate work in business at Golden Gate University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the San Francisco Society of Financial Analysts.
