Rowe Price since 2013, beginning as a research analyst, covering retail and other sectors across a number of emerging markets, in the Emerging Markets department of the Equity Division. Prior to this, Seun was employed by Asset and Research Management Ltd. as an analyst covering the consumer goods sector. He also was employed by Vetiva Capital Management Ltd. Seun earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos. Seun also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Tiểu sử	Oliver D.M. Bell has been chairman of the committee since 2014. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2011 and his investment experience dates from 1997. He has served as a portfolio manager since joining the Firm. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Bell worked for Pictet Asset Management Ltd where he served as an emerging markets research manager (beginning in 1997), a portfolio manager for Africa and Middle East portfolios and other emerging markets strategies (beginning in 2000), and Head of Global Emerging Markets Research (beginning in 2009). Prior to joining Pictet in 1997, Oliver worked for Derwent Information, a scientific and patent information company, for five years as a Project Manager in their Business Solutions Group. He was involved in the management of operational improvement projects, the majority of which were software development projects. Oliver graduated in 1992 with a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Exeter. Oliver holds the Investment Management Certificate and is currently a candidate in the Association for Investment Management and Research CFA programme, Level I.

Rowe Price in 2002 as a research analyst for emerging market portfolios. In 2007, she assumed portfolio management responsibility for the Emerging Europe Equity Strategy from Chris Alderson. Ms. Innes began her investment career at Merrill Lynch, where she was a fund manager/analyst covering Latin America. Ms. Innes earned an M.A. (Hons.) in mathematics from Oxford University. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
