Tiểu sử	Matthew Sgrizzi, CFA, is a Managing Director of LaSalle. He is responsible for managing separate account portfolios of public European property companies and the European portion of LaSalle’s global securities portfolio accounts. He also is a deputy global portfolio manager with support responsibility for regional allocation of global client portfolios. Mr. Sgrizzi’s previous responsibilities included serving as the senior European analyst and acting as a deputy European portfolio manager based in LaSalle’s Amsterdam office. Prior to his time in Amsterdam, he held responsibilities as an analyst in Baltimore covering US lodging companies, Asia Pacific listed property companies and overall global portfolio management. He graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a B.A. in Finance, and joined LaSalle in 2002. Mr. Sgrizzi is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.

Mr. Noon is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Economics and a major in Finance. Mr. Noon is an associate member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. He joined LaSalle in 1990.
Stanley J. Kraska	Managing Director	2013	2018
Tiểu sử	Stanley J. Kraska, Jr. is an International Managing Director of LaSalle Investment Management Securities with twenty-eight years of real estate experience. He is a member of the Portfolio Management Oversight Committee and Global Securities Advisory Committee. His responsibilities include portfolio management and overall group management. Mr. Kraska is also a member of the LaSalle Investment Management’s Global Management Committee. In addition to real estate securities investment management, his experience includes special situations and private placement investments as well as leading an investment program that invested opportunistically in real estate by re-capitalizing existing portfolios, private real estate companies and public REITs. Prior to Mr. Kraska’s work in the securities division, he worked as an investment professional of the firm investing in a wide variety of property types and markets. Preceding joining Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors in 1988, Mr. Kraska worked in the real estate department in First Boston Corporation located in New York City from 1986 to 1988. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Kraska worked at T. Rowe Price Associates located in Baltimore Maryland. He is a member of ULI and NAREIT. Mr. Kraska received his B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Pauley's responsibilities include portfolio management of the real estate securities separate accounts and research coverage and security analysis of the publicly-traded real estate companies. He is a member of the U.S. and Global Securities Advisory Committees. Mr. Pauley has authored articles on real estate securities in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Research and Pension World. Mr. Pauley holds the CFA designation and is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. He is an associate member of the NAREIT and a past member of its Board of Governors and Co-chairman of its research committee. Mr. Pauley graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance. He joined the LaSalle in 1986.
Ernst-Jan de Leeuw	Managing Director	2013	2015
Tiểu sử	Leeuw is a managing director of LaSalle Securities B.V. since 2005 and is responsible for managing separate account portfolios of public European property companies and for managing the European Securities portion of LaSalles global and international accounts. Prior to joining LaSalle Securities B.V. in 2000, He worked for five years as a portfolio manager at Robeco Group. Leeuw is a certified EFFAS Financial Analyst and is registered with the Dutch Securities Institute. He studied at the University of Berlin and graduated in Business Economics and Econometrics at the University of Groningen. He is registered with the Dutch Securities Institute. He joined LaSalle BV in 2001.
