Mr. Burger is a former chairman and member of the executive committee and board of governors for the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He is also a former president of the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum. Mr. Burger has been in the investment industry since 1998. He earned an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a BA degree, cum laude, in policy studies and public relations from Syracuse University.

Mr. Weinstock previously worked for the Dreyfus Corporation for over 20 years where he won numerous awards managing taxable and tax-exempt mutual funds, as well as separate accounts. Throughout Mr. Weinstock’s career, his investment philosophy has stressed conservative, income-oriented strategies across multiple bond sectors to build wealth in varying market conditions. Mr. Weinstock is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida.
