Prior to this, she worked at abrdn where she started as a graduate in 2014 and subsequently joined the UK equities team running the ASI UK Equity funds for five years before co-managing the Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust for the final two years. Her role also involved being a research analyst covering the retail, beverages and construction and building materials sectors. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Science with Honours Mathematics and is also a CFA charterholder. In her spare time Georgina loves to travel with a particular interest in learning to cook and try new cuisines.

Louise joined Newton in 2020 from Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) where she worked on the UK equities team, managing the ASI UK Equity and ASI UK Responsible Funds as well as co-managing the Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust. Her role also involved being a research analyst covering the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Prior to her position in UK equities at ASI she was a senior investment manager on the pan-European equity team at Aberdeen Asset Management. Louise has a BSc in Mathematics, Philosophy and Physics from the University of Durham and an MA in Management from University of Durham Business School. Louise is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Louise is a keen runner and plays the violin and piano.

Tiểu sử	Charles French is a Portfolio Manager of the Global Social Leaders Fund. Mr. French joined IAM as Deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. French worked at Newton Investment Management where he started out as a global financial analyst before becoming a portfolio manager and heading up Newton’s multi-asset and equity opportunities teams. While at Newton, he also served as deputy chief investment officer, providing leadership and oversight to a global investment team. Mr. French graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) in England and Wales.

Tiểu sử	Ilga joined Newton in 2019 to head up the firm’s equity income team and is part of the management team for the Newton Global Equity Income strategy. Prior to joining Newton, Ilga was head of Global Equities at Deka Investments, where she oversaw a team of more than 20 portfolio managers with €15bn of assets under management. She was also the lead manager of Deka’s flagship global equity income fund. Before joining Deka Investments, Ilga was a portfolio manager and research analyst at Union Investment, where she was lead manager of a North American generalist equities fund, a REIT, and a global listed real estate equities fund. Ilga began her asset management career with Munich Ergo Asset Management (MEAG) as a real estate specialist. Ilga has a PhD in economics, as well as masters degrees in economics and Roman languages, from the University of Freiburg in Germany. Outside of work, IIga enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, visiting arts exhibitions, learning to play the viola and reading.

Tiểu sử	Simon joined Newton in 2001 and was responsible for research into a number of global industrial sectors before moving to portfolio management. Simon’s experience includes managing global, multi-asset, charity and UK equity portfolios. Simon is a chartered accountant (ACA) and prior to joining Newton he worked in both audit and insolvency practices at leading accountancy firms. He is a CFA charterholder, a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI), and also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. Outside of work, Simon is a keen runner.

Emma joined Premier Miton from Newton Investment Management where she was lead manager of the BNY Mellon UK Income Fund (Nov 2017-Sept 2020), as part of the Newton global income team and lead manager of the BNY Mellon Continental European Fund (Jul 2015 – Nov 2018). She was previously manager of the Neptune UK Higher Income Fund (Oct 2010 – July 2013). In 2013, Emma was the youngest manager to receive a Citywire AAA rating. Emma is a CFA charterholder.
