Prior to Neosho, Mr. Chan worked at Brandes Investment Partners for 19 years as a Director of Portfolio Management and Emerging Markets Investment Committee member. Previously, he was a Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America and began his career at the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Mr. Chan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from University of California, Irvine. He is a CFA charterholder.

He joined Brandes in 1997, has over nine years of investment experience and is a member of the Financial Analysts Society of San Diego. Prior to joining Brandes, Leonard worked in the audit practice of a public accounting firm. Leonard holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
