Before that, Mr. Fischer was a securities analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank and Clark, Dodge. He has a B.A. in economics and a J.D. from The University of Oklahoma, and an M.B.A. from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Fischer is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining Dreman, Mr. Hoover was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at NFJ Investment Group. In this role At Citibank Financial where he worked earlier in his career, Mr. Hoover gained experience as a Financial Analyst.

Previously, he was senior vice president for NCNB Texas, successor organization to FirstRepublicBank, which he joined in 1987. He has 37 years of equity research and portfolio management experience. Najork holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
