Since joining the firm in 2000, he has been an investment analyst covering Latin American companies. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Costa Buck was an investment analyst with Merrill Lynch and Robert Fleming group (a partner to the predecessor of T. Rowe Price International Ltd). Mr. Costa Buck earned a B.A. in economics from the Argentine Catholic University and a master’s degree in finance from CEMA University (Centro de Estudios Macroeconomics de la Argentina). He is fluent in both Spanish and English and proficient in Portuguese.

He earned a master’s degree in finance from CEMA University (Centro de Estudios Macroeconomics de la Argentina), and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Argentine Catholic University. He is also fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
