She is also the portfolio manager of the Old Mutual Gold Fund. Prior to joining Old Mutual Equities, she was a Business Efficiency Manager at ABSA for two years. She also worked at Unilever for five years, where her role included, among others, being a Process Engineering Manager.

Tiểu sử	Kayalethu joined Old Mutual Equities in June 2015 as an equity analyst. He is currently responsible for various shares within the industrials sector, predominantly the food retail and food producers. Kayalethu also assists in managing the Old Mutual Industrial Fund. Prior to joining Old Mutual Equities, Kayalethu was an equity analyst at Vunani Fund Managers for three years. He analysed various companies mainly in the retail and healthcare sectors. He also worked at Deloitte, where he completed his articles. Kayalethu has worked in the asset management industry since 2012.

Besides managing the Old Mutual Small Caps Unit Trust Fund, he was also responsible for managing the small cap component of OMIGSA’s institutional funds. Brian studied at the University of Natal (Pietermaritzburg) and completed articles with KPMG before joining Old Mutual Investment Group as an analyst in 1998. He became a portfolio manager in early 2000.
Warren Jervis	-	2009	2018
Tiểu sử	Warren joined the ELECTUS boutique in February 2012. He is the fund manager of the Old Mutual Small Companies Fund (unit trust) as well as having stock analysis responsibilities. His key value-add to ELECTUS is his in-depth knowledge of, and considerable insight into, the mid- and small cap sectors. Warren joined Old Mutual Investment Group South Africa (OMIGSA)’s Equity Research team in May 2006 as a research analyst and portfolio manager. He was named sector head of the mid- and Small Companies portfolio and the portfolio manager of the Old Mutual Small Companies Fund in September 2009. In addition, he managed a portion of the mid- and small cap components of OMIGSA’s institutional funds for six years. Prior to joining ELECTUS, Warren was a senior analyst and portfolio manager at Nedcor Investment bank for nine years. Warren has 22 years’ work experience in either analyst or portfolio management positions, both in South Africa and in London.
