Prior to rejoining FPA in 2007, Greg was a managing member of Coldwater Asset Management, LLC, from 2005 to 2006. He was an equity research analyst at Lakeway Capital from 2002 to 2003. Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Michigan.

Tiểu sử	Mr. Herr co-founded the Adviser in 2020. He was a Managing Director of the adviser to the predecessor to the Fund, First Pacific Advisors, LP (“FPA”), from 2013-2020. Mr. Herr previously served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Source Capital, Inc. from 2013 to August 2015, Vice President and Portfolio Manager of FPA Perennial Fund, Inc. (now known as FPA U.S. Value Fund, Inc.) from 2013 to August 2015 and Vice President of FPA from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Herr serves as Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Phaeacian Global Value Fund (“Global Value Fund”), a series of the Trust, and served in the same role to the predecessor to the Fund since 2011
Eric S. Ende	Partner	1999	2015

Eric is a portfolio manager of Source Capital, Inc., a closed-end investment company; FPA Perennial Fund, Inc. and FPA Paramount Fund, Inc., open-end mutual funds; and the Small/Mid-Cap Quality Strategy. Prior to joining FPA, Eric worked as an analyst for The J. Paul Getty Trust, Occidental Petroleum and The Ford Motor Company. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History (Cum Laude) from Yale College, a Master’s degree in Modern History (with honors) from Oxford University, and an MBA from New York University.
Steven R. Geist	Vice President	1999	2014
Tiểu sử	Steven R. Geist, CFA, Partner at FPA, joined the firm in 1992. Steve is a portfolio manager of Source Capital, Inc., a closed-end investment company; FPA Perennial Fund, Inc. and FPA Paramount Fund, Inc., open-end mutual funds; and the Small/Mid-Cap Quality Strategy. Previously, Steve worked as a research associate at Joel Mogy Investment Counsel and prior to that was an engineer for TRW. Steve received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from New York University, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Christopher Linden	President	1984	1999
Tiểu sử	Linden is president of First Pacific Advisors, his employer since 1977. He also worked at the company from 1972 to 1974. In the interim, Linden worked as a senior associate with Carl Pforzheimer & Company and as a securities analyst with Rotan Mosle. Linden says he follows a risk-averse, value-oriented equity strategy with limited use of fixed-income investments. He says the style is based on a disciplined application of fundamental criteria.
