Since 2014, Mr. Incoglu is Head of the Non-Agency RMBS business, and continues to act as a Lead Non-Agency RMBS Portfolio Manager in addition to his other responsibilities. Mr. Incoglu is Chair of the Blackrock Housing- Mortgage Finance Economic Committee. Prior to joining Blackrock in 2009, Mr. Incoglu spent more than six years on the sell side at Wachovia Securities, most recently as a Director. He was responsible for managing the synthetic RMBS desk, market making and hedging activities. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Incoglu was a Senior Trader at Wachovia and traded various RMBS products including Alt-a, Sub-prime and 2nd liens. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Incoglu was an Associate at Bank of America Securities, where he structured Non-Agency deals, and ran arbitrage to buy and securitize mortgage whole loans. Mr. Incoglu began his career at Ocwen Federal Bank in 2000. He focused on trading of IO's, servicing strips, as well as hedging activities of the derivatives. Mr. Incoglu earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul in 1998, and an MBA degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa, OK in 1999. | ||

Mr. Dickstein's publications on MBS strategy included the weekly Mortgage Investor as well as numerous lengthier articles on topics such as optimal loan modifications, the valuation of credit-sensitive MBS and ABS, and the pricing of mortgage derivatives, options, and pass-throughs. In addition, he developed Merrill's prepayment models for fixed rate and hybrid MBS. From 1993 to 2001, Mr. Dickstein was with Lehman Brothers, most recently as a Senior Vice President in Mortgage Derivatives Trading. In this role, he traded mortgage derivatives and developed Lehman's credit default model. He joined Lehman as a mortgage and asset-backed securities analyst and was named to Institutional Investor's All American Fixed Income Research Team in pass-throughs, non-agency mortgages, and asset-backed securities. Mr. Dickstein earned a BA degree in economics, summa cum laude, from Yale University in 1990, and an MA degree in physics from Princeton University in 1993. | ||
